Vintage miniature replica of Major League Baseball's 1997 World Series Trophy awarded to the Florida Marlins. This replica is made of metal and resin in bronze and gold. The base reads "WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS - FLORIDA MARLINS - 1997". The back reads "COPYRIGHT © 1983 COMMISSIONER OF BASEBALL". Inside the rows of flags are emblems from the two teams - the Cleveland Indians and Florida Marlins - along with a ring with a baseball on the bottom and a crown on top. It measures 4.5" tall on a 2.25" diameter round base. The 1997 World Series was the first time the trophy was presented to the winning team on the field and not in the clubhouse.
